Michael Cook, a life-long Toledo resident, graduated from the University of Toledo in 1977 and the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1980. In 2009 Dr. Cook completed advanced implant training at the Misch International Implant Institute in Chicago. He was awarded Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Cook and his wife, Kathy, have four teenage children; Aaron, Daniel, Kiley, and Nathan. Three are currently attending college and the youngest attends St. John Jesuit High School.
