Dr. Michael B. Cook DDS

Michael Cook, a life-long Toledo resident, graduated from the University of Toledo in 1977 and the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1980.  His is a member of the Toledo Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. His involvement with organized dentistry has included:

  • Vice President of the Toledo Dental Society
  • Secretary/Treasurer of the Toledo Dental Society
  • Board Member of the Toledo Dental Society
  • Delegate for the Ohio Dental Association
  • Peer Review Committee
  • Continuing Education Committee
  • Chairman Give Kids A Smile

During his 28 years in dentistry he has made a commitment to continuing education to keep current on the latest materials and techniques.  His post doctural training has included:

  • The Pankey Institute
  • The Dawson Center
  • The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education
  • The Center for Restorative Excellence
  • The Misch International Implant Institute

In 2009 Dr. Cook completed advanced implant training at the Misch International Implant Institute in Chicago.  He was awarded Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. 

Dr. Cook and his wife, Kathy, have four teenage children; Aaron, Daniel, Kiley, and Nathan.  Currently his hobbies include following and supporting whatever his children are involved in at that time.
